The climate, dry and sunny, is dominated by the Mistral.

Specifications

Grape:
Caladoc 60%, Syrah 20%, Grenache 20%

Ground :
Würmiennes and holocene alluviums composed of sand and silt, near the Rhone and the Gardon. These deep soils help guarantee an adequate level of performance for the desired profile of the wine, the production of juicy grapes. In the summer, marine supplies rise along the Camargue.
The moderating effect of these breezes strengthens the temperature variations between day and night, which is recognized to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruits. The Mistral, the north wind, is also beneficial for the health of the vineyards.

Viticulture :
The yields were 80 hectoliters per hectare. The vineyards are in double Royat cord, so the grapes are well distributed and have good ventilation and direct sunlight.
It is a qualitative pruning by limitation of yield and vigor. This mode of behavior in cord and a high tied allow the mechanical harvest; the harvest is done at the end of the night to take advantage of the night freshness and therefore maintain all the aromatic potential.

Elaboration :
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol :
13 ° vol

Tasting note:
La Tour Rosé is our “pleasure” wine to drink in the shadow of the pergolas. The color is pale pink, with “rose petal” tones. Juicy and fluid crunch. With aromas of wild strawberries and morello cherries.
