Oenological characteristics:
With a golden yellow color, this blend of Petit and Gros Manseng reveals very aromatic notes of dried fruit, vanilla, smoked, and toasted on the nose.
It is a wine that is both lively and very sweet: fat, good length on the palate with aromas of honey and apricot and a finish on the coconut. All this makes it a very convivial wine.
Food and wine:
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to foie gras, cheese, pears Roquefort pie and chocolate-based dessert.
