Grapes: Colombard 60% – Gros Manseng 20% – Sauvignon blanc 20%.

Soil: Clay and chalks stony soils.

Vinfication: Skin maceration for a few hours at cold.
Pressing under inert gas to limit oxidation.
Traditional cold settling and then slow fermentation at low temperature
in stainless steel tanks.

Optimal temperature: 6° – 8 ° C

Alcohol : 11 %

Oenological characteristics: This pale yellow wine with greenish tones is, without a doubt, the most elaborate of the Domaine de Ménard. The nose is lively and fresh with notes of citrus and exotic fruits. In the mouth it is nervous and fresh with aromas of pineapple and yellow grapefruit. The result is a fine, clean and beautifully complex wine.

Food and wine: To enjoy as an aperitif, with fish and shellfish. Also suitable with meat.
