Our Crémant de Limoux rosé is a refreshing blend of Chardonnay , Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir y Mauzac, these emblematic varieties of the Limoux region. A lot of care is brought to it to obtain this delicate pink color and the finesse of these bubbles thanks to an elaborate fermentation of the Pinot Noir grapes. The Crémant rosé de Limoux, as in Champagne, benefits from the traditional method discovered in the 16th century by the monks of the Abbey of SaintHilaire.
