AOC: Côtes-du-Rhône
Farming: Organic.
Grapes: Caladoc, syrah, grenache.
Ground :Soils made up of sand and silt near the Rhône and the
Gardon, the depth of which ensures a level of yield adapted to the
desired wine profile and producing juicy grapes.
Elaboration : Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless
steel vats. Light pressing to ensure a pale tint.
Alcohol: 13,5% vol.
Tasting note:“à la rêverie” is a pale rosé, with bright fruits. The first
nose is smooth with aromas of vine peach and rose. On the palate,
aromas of lemon and currant appear. The mouth is fluid but the
tension very present. “à la rêverie” is a racy and elegant rosé.
